I have two packages. A full nutritional consulting program for anyone needing halp with health and dietary changes and a mini consult for those looking for a review of their current plan and guidance to better choices.

For anyone experiencing health issues or medical diagnoses that require specific dietary changes, those looking to lose weight or improve body composition, and individuals just wanting some help understanding their laboratory work and how to make changes for a longer, healthier life. For many conditions, there is too much to cover in one appointment and changes need to be made in a stepwise manner. Therefore this program is spread out over 2-3 months with longer duration for certain individuals.
First 1 hour appointment
Two 45 minute follow up appointments are recommended or as many as you need to accomplish your goals.
Appointments are billed seperately (no package)

A less intensive intake into your health, fitness and nutritional regime. Great for active adults in recreational sports, women peri through and menopause, or anyone just looking for a review of their personal health protocol.

This includes sleeping 8 hours a night, having a consistent bed and wake time, eating three meals a day and limiting snacks, fasting at least 12-13 hours each night, not eating 3 hours before bed, viewing sunrise (or use a sun lamp) for 10 minutes, going outside for a little mid-day sun and again at sunset to help regulate wake and sleep hormones, and avoiding overhead lights and electronics in the evening among others.
